“Digipack of Tools for Youth workers”
An Erasmus+ project took place in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria from 15 to 23 July. The project involved 31 participants from North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Türkiye, Danmark, Portugal, Greece and Poland. The participants were youth workers of various profiles and professions who actively work with young people. The main focus was on exploring how the digital tools and the artificial intelligence can be used to improve and strengthen youth workers in their activities . Participants improved their knowledge in interactive workshops, group projects and sessions with non-formal learning methods. The main activities were introduction to new digital tools, improving skills in creation of digital content for young people, workshops and discussions with a special focus on youth safety on the internet.
One of the most important outcomes from this project was creating a Handbook of digital resources that all the participants can use and adapt for their own work and a website with all the information about the project. The Handbook includes all activities of the project, new tools, infographics, and other digital materials that can be directly applied in youth work. The project helped participants develop critical thinking, ideas, and strategies that can be applied to different situations they may encounter in their work with young people.
The project is funded by the European Union Through the Erasmus+ program.
